Hello, i want a personal reflection of the two presentations that i did. Basically we were a group of 3 students and we had to do two presentations. one member of the group had to become the leader for each of the presentation. i was a follower in the first presentation. And leader in the second presentation. the first one was a role play. the group leader had to act as a transformational, transactional and lasse fairez leader in the scenario. the second presentation was about critically analyzing whether leadership is beneficial to businesses or not.. in the first presentation everything went really well and smooth but please comeup with some things that we could improve on it in the second presentation , the presentation didnt go really well. I was not very well prepared and my team was not prepared either. we all were reading the slides and it seemed like we were not prepared. please mention this in the paper and critically analyse it that how we will try to prepare the next time. now we have been asked to do a personal reflection on both the presentations upto 1500 words. the following is the area that should be discussed • Leader and Follower roles • What leader / leadership theory and approaches apply from the module • What worked well? • What did not work well? • Leader’s effectiveness / efficiency • Follower’s effectiveness / efficiency • How dynamic / static the group were • Power culture and structure • How conflicts were handled and decisions made …….. etc IMPORTANT: In both presentations i was the follower in first presentation and leader in the second presentation.. so you will have to discuss it from my point of view that how i felt working as a follower under the leaders and how I lead the group etc… please let me know if you have difficulty in understanding the criteria. i have attached the assessment criteria with the order. please do it in the way the university wants. NOTE: To gain high marks students will need to effectively link and apply related and relevant theory and approaches from the module to the presentation
